Returns

Can I return my Embark protein bars?

Yes. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please reach out to us at support@embarkprotein.co.uk and our support team will be happy to help. We can either replace your purchase or offer you a full refund up to 7 days after your purchase.

Please note that to be eligible for a refund your product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Additionally, we only exchange products that are defective or damaged.

If 7 days have passed since you purchased your order, unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange.

How can I return my Embark protein bars?

For both a refund or exchange please contact support@embarkprotein.co.uk and we will send you a return slip. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs if you are returning an order for a full refund, however, we offer FREE postage for all exchanges due to defective or damaged products.

Once your package has been received, we will process your request and issue you a refund using the same payment method that you used at checkout. Exchanges will be shipped within 3-5 business days and should arrive with you in 2-4 business days, depending on where you live.

My bars are defective/damaged. What now?

We have installed a high quality assurance system within our factory. Our bars are checked prior to being packaged for any irregularities or defects to ensure each bar is correct and made to our high standards. However, we are human and an abnormal bar may slip past our radar. Should you find a damaged or impaired bar upon opening the wrapper, please send us a couple of photographs of the defect so we can assess the problem and ensure to mitigate it from occurring again. We can then replace your bars with FREE postage.
